Lauren’s procurement career spans 12 years in high-end residential interior design. When working with a design team she is able to create a seamless transition as she spearheads the adoption of a strong procurement process. Merging a procurement and trade sales skill set, she provides a proactive, problem-solving approach across departments by integrating expert knowledge of both the designer and client needs.

Maggie has 10 years of experience leading complex and fast-paced projects for retail stores, hospitality spaces, and residences. With a background in corporate buying for a leading home decor brand, she went on to develop and grow stable procurement departments from scratch for companies scaling to be nationwide leaders, all while keeping a sharp eye on budgets and financial health of the businesses. She has a unique ability to quickly identify problems and inefficiencies a company is experiencing, and present clear and easy to understand solutions.
